The World Series has started on a favorable note for the Texas Rangers. They won the first game after an engaging battle against the Arizona Diamondbacks at home to take the lead in the series. Now, to get more comfortable, they looked to win the second game. However, for that, they needed a great start with someone known pitching for them. Incidentally, they got this in their favor again.
It was the former president George W. Bush, who started the proceedings for them in the Game 1 of World Series, helping them much as they curated a comeback win. Adding more, the Rangers again got someone known as Adrian Beltre, who took the pitching duties with the second game’s first pitch. Notably, Beltre has been a part of Lone Star State’s legacy, and his involvement was an enormous boost for the second game. Isn’t it?

Buster Olney from ESPN shared this update. It read, “Adrian Beltre threw out the first pitch before tonight’s game. Next month, his name will be on the HOF ballot, and he should be a slam-dunk selection, after a career of 477 homers, 3,166 hits, 5 Gold Gloves, and 6 Top 10 finishes for the MVP Award.”

Moreover, according to Bob Nightengale, Beltre expressed his happiness as the Rangers made it to the World Series. He also added that he would feel relieved if Texas wins the series in opposite to what happened in 2011.
Former Texas Rangers 3B Adrian Beltre on what it would mean to see the Rangers win the World Series after coming within 1 strike in 2011: "I'm going to feel like it's a little weight off of us because we didn't get it done and those guys did it for us. It would mean a lot.''

But it seems Beltre has to wait a little longer after the Diamondbacks won the second game of the series to level it up.

With this, the series has leveled up, with Arizona hosting the next three encounters. Having played better at home, the D-Backs would be at an advantage and could win the World Series at home. But given the fighting spirit Texas has shown, it won’t be an effortless task.
Adrian Beltre, who is looking for a change from his last World Series appearance, would hope that the Rangers do well away from home. But will that be the case? The world will get to know you in the meantime.
