New York Yankees have promoted their top prospect, Anthony Volpe, to Triple-A. Nothing but his resounding performances has earned Volpe the much-needed promotion. Not to forget, just a day before, the Yankees also promoted Oswald Peraza to their senior team.
Currently, the Yankees are having a rough time in ballparks. They have not been the same after the All-Star break. The same team, which used to dominate any opposition, has been losing to almost every team they have been facing for over a month now.

Be it from the offense or the defense, at once, the Pinstripes were the best team in the entire MLB this season. But currently, they are struggling from both ends. Not to forget, injuries to several players have also affected their 2022 MLB season.
Will promoting Anthony Volpe and Oswald Peraza change anything for the Yankees?
In the names of Oswald Peraza and Anthony Volpe, the Yankees have two of the best young players in the league. Even though the Pinstripes have promoted Volpe to their Triple-A affiliates, it will not be long until they call him for their senior team.
And given the current form of the Yankees batters, manager Aaron Boone will not hesitate to take such hard calls before the playoffs. Because, if not for Aaron Judge and Anthony Rizzo, almost every Yankees batters are out of form. And it will cost them during the postseason games.
When talking about Volpe, the Yankees’ top prospect had a blast with his Double-A team, the Somerset Patriots. While playing for the Somerset Patriots, Volpe smashed 18 home runs, 60 RBIs, and 44 stolen bases.

Now it is up to the Yankees management how they want to use their young talents. Because the Yankees will not mind replacing their struggling shortstop, Isiah-Kiner Falefa, and given the postseason games are not that far, the Yankees would do anything to get back on the winning ways.
