Tired of being kept awake by the cacophony of construction at his neighbors’ place, Derek Jeter sought out a sanctuary of silence where he could catch some serious shut-eye during baseball season.

According to pagesix, the then Yankees captain found just the place – a 2087 square foot corner pad that promised some peace and quiet. Derek Jeter rented the place, a two-bedroom, three-bath clubhouse in the same building for a staggering $15,500 a month.

This was in addition to his $20 million dollar penthouse in the same building. His bachelor pad was a four-bedroom apartment and had 16 feet floor to ceiling windows. The entertaining space was a 77-ft space with a living room as well as a billiards room, piano lounge, and dining room.
