After topping the American League and powerfully conquering the American League pennant, as expected, the Astros moved to win the World Championship. Credit for their World Series victory goes majorly to their shortstop, Jeremy Peña. At the young age of 25 and in his debut season, Peña won the MVP award for the most crucial segment of the postseason, the Championship Series and World Series.

With this, Peña single-handedly wrote the beginning of a new chapter in his life and announced his MLB arrival to the world in the most fitting way. Similarly, after a long week of celebrations continued, Jeremy Peña made an appearance at Toyota Stadium alongside a teammate and popular American rapper as the Houston Rockets took on the Los Angeles Clippers.

However, the two MLB rookies weren’t the only stars on the court that night.
Balanced against that, popular American rapper 50 Cent accompanied the two World Champions.

Houston Astros – the champions of the American League
Since 2017, the Houston Astros have time and again proved their unconquerable dominance in the American League, and to an extent, across the entire Major League.
The Astros won their first World Series in 2017 against Los Angeles Dodgers. The series went down till the ultimate game, which turned out to be the decider. After 2017, the Astros have successfully made it to five consecutive AL Championship Series and consequent to their triumph in the ALCS, they have made it to three World Series Championships. After beating the Phillies in 2022, the Astros won their second World Championship.
