Both Iverson and Jeter were recently inducted into the GQ Sports Style Hall Of Fame in its first class. And the NFL legend Deion Sanders, who was the third person to be inducted, was left shocked and dumbfounded to be interviewed in the same seat as them.

Deion Sanders joined Derek Jeter and Allen Iverson as part of the first Hall Of Fame class. Sanders is an NFL legend, but he also played in the MLB for many years. As a part of the induction, the NFL legend did an interview with Chad Ochocinco Johnson, a former NFL player. Upon sitting down for his interview, Sanders exclaimed that he was seated exactly where Jeter and Iverson sat. He called the moment iconic and praised Jeter and Iverson’s achievements.
According to GQ, Sanders said, “I can’t believe that I’m sitting here, and Derek Jeter and Allen Iverson just sat here. That is iconic in itself. God, it’s iconic!” It is not surprising how Sanders reacted, considering the impact that Jeter and Iverson had on their respective sports.

Being inducted into the GQ Sports Style Hall Of Fame is an honor that Jeter will never forget. He recently looked back on another honor that he received three years ago. The Yankee legend is one of the greatest baseball players of all time and was recognized for these achievements in 2020.
