Las Vegas is in the spotlight now more than ever before. With the Oakland Athletics finalizing a $1.5 billion move to the town, media coverage has been all over it. Most recently, Millionaire businessman?Alex Rodriguez?also landed in Las Vegas, but for other reasons.?

The Athletics shift is now well underway, with a?process for 75 percent support ongoing. Despite fans’ protests, Oakland may well lose its historic baseball team. But A-Rod is in the city for a completely different event as he returns to work in full force.?

Alex Rodriguez is well and truly back to work in full force. A few days back, he traveled to cover the MLB London Series with FOX Sports. But that turned into a mini-work trip, after which he enjoyed a Canadian retreat with his girlfriend, Jaclyn Cordeiro. Now his regular days of grinding and hard work are back.

Most recently, he traveled to Las Vegas for the NBA Summer League. The top event will feature some of the NBA’s best rookies. A-Rod reshaped an Instagram Story?from Cordeiro, who seems to have traveled with him.?

A-Rod and the T-Wolves will plot a significant period of working out and preparing as the regular season nears. Rodriguez will aim for his team to make the playoffs again and improve on their first-round exit. While sharing this latest update, he also tried showing off his basketball skills.?

Earlier in the day, Alex Rodriguez also tried showing off his basketball skills in a video he uploaded on Instagram. In the video, he can be seen taking multiple 3-pointers. Unfortunately, he missed every single shot, turning it into a funny video. Regardless, the Timberwolves? owner tried to get his pictures.
