Following his smashing debut with the New York Yankees, the 25-year-old, The Athletic conducted a detailed interview with the Dominican ace, where the glittering star not only opened his heart out about his previous trades but also talked about his further plans for 2025 contracts amidst impending free agency.

When asked about his entering the free-agency market again in 2025, Soto swiftly remarked, “I just believe in Scott Boras, his agent. He’s been with me since I was a little kid and has been helping me out with everything. He’s been helping me go through these kinds of things without any worry. Scotty has everything in his hands. I trust him to death. I just come here and play baseball,” highlighting his dependence on super agent Scott Boras.

Scott Boras, who has a significant record of bringing chunks of money for his clients, and Soto have already done the same with the Washington Nationals, as he was associated with the team for 15 years against a $440 million deal.
