We are almost near the launch of the two most anticipated consoles of the year from the houses of Sony and Microsoft. While discussions about this year’s console war have been mostly about the gaming potential of the Xbox Series X/ Series S and the PS5, they have not neglected the aesthetic side of the two consoles.
The community mostly agrees that the design of the PS5 console is easier on the eye than that of the Series X/S. The PS5 does look like a piece of futuristic equipment straight out of a video game.

However, Microsoft have stepped up their game with their latest controller design. Recently, the official Twitter account for Xbox posted a picture of a Mandalorian-themed controller. The basic color-scheme of the controller is similar to that of the titular character from the Apple+ series, The Mandalorian.

Not just the color scheme of Mandalorian’s armor, but the body of the controller features rust stains that make it look rugged. This one has won hearts already on Twitter, and fans cannot wait to get their hands on it. Moreover, the tweet shows a holder for the controller which has the logo of the Mandalorian engraved on it.
Unfortunately, we do not know anything else about it since the link attached to the tweet seems to be broken. But we are certain that Xbox has surely stepped up their game with the Mandalorian controller. The Xbox Series X and Series S consoles are set to hit the stores on the 10th of November.
