Weber said, “Michael Schumacher wanted to get his boy into Formula One and even manage him the way I used to manage him.”

Michael Schumacher was always present for Mick’s karting races and saw potential in him. Mick Schumacher is currently competing in Formula 2 for the 2019 season. He was also inducted into the Ferrari Driver’s Academy and is well on his way to follow his father’s footsteps.
“Mick always thought as Michael’s son he had to achieve the same results as his father and this of course gave the boy a huge burden,” Weber continued.
“Michael knew which teams he could to speak to and how it works because he garnered many years of experience. That was his grand ambition.”
