Ayesha Curry has found her calling in different fields but nothing comes closer to cooking. She proved this fact as a two-time New York Best-Selling author. Chef Curry’s partner even opened her restaurant, International Smoke, with award-winning chef Michael Mina. The cafe became a recipient of a Michelin Plate recognition by Michelin Guide in the first ever California edition. But apart from her professional branding, her culinary skills mainly determine her personal life.

As a preteen girl, Ayesha was drawn to cooking. Her endeavor saw her parents throwing their weight behind her. The mother of three is now using the same spirit to determine her relationship with family.

Back in 2021, Ayesha joined Justin Phillips, a San Francisco Chronicle food writer, in discussing her book The Full Plate: Flavor-Filled, Easy Recipes for Families with No Time and a Lot to Do.

Ayesha also spoke about childhood hunger in the fundraising discussion with Justin Phillips. The topic was one that is close to heart for both the entrepreneur-mom and her equally supportive spouse, Stephen Curry.

Their initiative Eat.Learn.Play was started with the aim of ending childhood hunger, promoting an active lifestyle and quality education. A flip side of this initiative was the reopening of restaurants and the use of produce from local farmers to cook meals. This brought the community together as a whole and also contributed to lessening unemployment.
