45-year-old Brian Johnson a.k.a Liver King has had many controversies up his belt and has got out of each one of them. People have different opinions about him and veteran bodybuilding coaches do not condone what he does. He is primarily famous for living the ancestral lifestyle and eats raw animal liver and meat to get the ‘most’ amount of protein.

The bodybuilding sensation does anything and everything necessary for having the most jacked physique and raw energy. The millionaire entrepreneur does not seem to be scared of anything and that includes a cold plunge in the icy blue waters.

The video starts with the couple walking towards a huge ice-covered lake and the King said that they always go on this day on Sundays. The couple opened their warm garments and straight up plunged into the cold lake. The Liver King even ate a piece of the ice that was broken and declared that they were the best mammalian predators that ever lived.

He captioned the post by writing the benefits of cold plunges, “Breathe mother f*cker, breathe!” – Iceman. Cold is our teacher. Thermal pressures shape our DNA. Cold shock proteins are neuroprotective. Vasoconstriction /reperfusion for vascular & heart health. Stimulates angiogenesis for badass vascularity.” The Liver King pointed out that a cold plunge also helps in strengthening and stretching the soul and reconnects people with raw and natural elements. It teaches and reminds people that comfort is not good for the living organism.

Rich Gaspari discussed the feeling of getting a cold plunge

In one of the previous posts, he hd said, “Just did my first Cold Plunge at @thrivespineandsportsrehab in Belmar, NJ.” The video started with Gaspari bracing himself before taking the whole plunge and while the instructor did not appear in the video they were helping the 60-year-old by telling him to breathe.

“When you first get your body totally in the water, you feel like you can’t breathe,” Gaspri wrote. “Your skin burns with pins and needles,” the 1989 Arnold Classic and the 1989 Mr. Universe said. However, according to him after the initial discomfort, the experience becomes more pleasant.
