Max Verstappen wins the Chinese GP
Max Verstappen complained of running over debris on the penultimate lap giving fans a heart attack. But no worries, the Dutchman pushes his car to the limit on the final lap and wins his first Chinese Grand Prix. Lando Norris comes home in P2 10+ seconds behind Max Verstappen. Sergio Perez rounds up the final podium place.

Max Verstappen set to win the Race with 3 Laps to go
Max Verstappen leads the race with over 12-second gap to Lando Norris. Unless there is an unforced error or a retirement, Max Verstappen looks set to win the fourth race of the season. Sergio Perez dropping away from Lando Norris and will have to settle for P3 by the looks of it.
Fernando Alonso on a roll, Gets past Lewis Hamilton and Oscar Piastri
Fernando Alonso had a moment on the final corner and almost did a Carlos Sainz from yesterday. Able to keep the car on the track and a few corners later gets past Lewis Hamilton and is up into P8. The wild old fox just keeps delivering. and lap later, he gets past the struggling Oscar Piastri
Lap 44: Fernando Alonso into the pits
Fernando Alonso comes into the pits to get rid of the soft tires that he put on his Aston Martin during the safety car. Goes onto the medium tires and comes out in P12. The Spaniard now has to hope the front runners' tires hit the performance cliff, and he's able to catch them.
Lewis Hamilton up into P9
Lewis Hamilton fought with Nico Hulkenberg for P9 for a couple of laps and finally got past the German in the twisty section (Turn 9) followed by the long straight. After a disastrous first half, Hamilton is now looking at Oscar Piastri in P8, who is struggling with damage from the Ricciardo-Stroll incident
Sergio Perez gets past Charles Leclerc
The Red Bull driver makes a brilliant move and gets past Leclerc on the inside after getting DRS on the long straight. Leclerc went side by side for the next couple of corners, but yielded the position, and complained to his team about the tires not feeling great.
SAFETY CAR: Yuki Tsunoda out of the Chinese GP
Yuki Tsunoda is out of the race as he gets taken out by Kevin Magnussen. Safety cars ending is followed by another safety car. Tsunoda retires and Magnussen is in the pits to get a front wing change. Magnussen tries an ambitious move and drifts wide on the exit, and boom, into the Haas
Green Light: The Safety car is in, But a huge contact at the start. Daniel Ricciardo and Lance Stroll crash
Max Verstappen maintains the leads of the race, and Lance Stroll and Daniel Ricciardo make contact. Stroll into the pits. Ricciardo drops down. Lance Stroll rear end Stroll, Ricciardo's VCARB was airborne as Stroll crashed in. Fernando Alonso locking up caused a chain reaction.
VSC Valtteri Bottas retires from the race
Kick Sauber did not have a pitstop nightmare this time around, but a reliability issue as Valtteri Bottas pulled off the track. Smoke from the rear of his car and looks like an engine problem. He complains to the team about the power of the car gone.
Double stack for Red Bulls
Max Verstappen comes into the pits and goes onto the hard tires. Red Bull double stack Sergio Perez behind him, although they had no need to do so. Regardless, the team pulls it off, with Verstappen having a 2.1 stationery time and Perez having a 2.0 second stop time
