The last time Anthony Kim made an appearance in a PGA Tour event was at the 2012 Wells Fargo Championship. Riddled with injuries, the then 26-year-old Kim had to withdraw soon after the opening round. He disappeared shortly after but golf fans never stopped hoping for a comeback update.
Now, 12 years since he pulled a disappearing act, the 3x PGA Tour winner is reportedly ready to make his LIV Golf debut! According to Dylan Dethier of Golf, Kim has been neck-deep in discussions with the PGA Tour, LIV, and possible sponsors to plot his re-entry. Sources close to the golfer also revealed that he has been playing more golf and stepping up his workout in preparation for his imminent return.

Earlier, on Thursday, internet personality and industry insider Matt Fisher had addressed the rumors surrounding Kim saying, “From what my sources are telling me, this is not LIV going after Anthony Kim; it’s the other way around where Anthony Kim is pursuing LIV.” With Jon Rahm’s Legion XIII looking for new members, Anthony Kim may just be the perfect addition!
