How to survive the surreal environment in Little Nightmares 2
The game has multiple levels spread across the Pale City. These include the Wilderness, the School, the Hospital and the Black Tower. The Halloween trailer for the game introduces the Hospital and the Doctor. In a recent blog post by Play Station, a developer explains the level and the story behind it.
Mono and Six enter the abandoned Hospital while they search for a place to be safe from heavy rain pelting. However, things take an unexpected turn when they discover the Doctor and his patients. The Doctor’s patients are people who came to him looking for a cure for their boring lives. The Doctor altered their bodies in such a way that they’ve become reckless now.
Mono and Six have to escape this surreal environment with almost nothing at their disposal. The patients have a delicacy and fortunately, Mono discovers it just in time. Mono’s flashlight scares the patients, and it is literally the only ray of hope for the children. Will a single bulb help the children escape an army of patients and the Doctor?

Horror genre is back on track as the latest titles look promising
The horror genre had a kick start with brilliant titles like Amnesia, Until Dawn and Silent Hill. Fans loved playing these horror games because they were much more than just jump scares. They had mind-boggling stories and character-development and most importantly an atmosphere that keeps you on the edge of your seats. As a result, the benchmark for any new titles in the horror genre was very high and naturally, fans always compare the new games with their all-time favorites.
Despite some disappointments, it seems like developers have finally figured out ways to improve horror games. The latest titles like Phasmophobia, The Medium and Little Nightmares 2 are unique in their own ways.
