League Of Legends patch 10.10 will see forth a lot of changes. It will mostly deal with nerfing and buffing characters. While the gaming community has its own opinions, Riot Games seem to be on track with their plan. Riot’s lead gameplay designer Mark Yetter informed on Twitter that a lot of balancing issues would sort itself out with this patch.
While League Of Legends remains to be one of the top games around the world, it definitely needs some tweaking. With characters that have been OP right from the start, this patch will tone them down. Ms.Fortune is one of those characters on the top of the list, which needed nerfing. A bunch of new skins added to the new patch as well. The Pulsefire Skins are available for few characters only.

Characters receiving buffs are Nidalee, Udyr, Soraka, Lux Support, Twisted Fate, Irelia, Sivir, and Annie. Ekko, Lucian, Fiora, and Pantheon are the new Pulsefire skins. The skins will cost around 1350 Riot Points. They will include new voiceover effects and new animation.
We also saw that Fiddlestick’s passive ability to get a tweak as well as minion damage reduction. Moving into the much needed nerfs, starting off with Kled. Riot themselves agreed that this character is way too strong right now. Kled’s cooldown received the nerf as well.
The next on the list is Maokai, with minor nerfs to its Q and mana cost. Annie and Irelia have received significant buffs on the other hand. Irelia really needed that buff as the entire community agrees with the characters’ underperformance.
