December 31 is a pretty special day for Kyle Busch and his wife Samantha. This is because the couple got married on that day in 2010. The happy couple is celebrating their 11th anniversary. In terms of looking forward to 2022, they are also expecting a second child in the month of May.
Earlier, Busch tweeted about the anniversary and wished his wife. He wrote, “Thank you Samantha Busch for all the years of support and Love for our family. For all the laughs and tears this journey has brought, I’m happy to share it all w u! May our many prayers continue to be answered. Happy Anniversary, I Love you!”
Ta Da! 🎉Just like that we are at 11 years! I love the fun and crazy memories we make together, that in the midst of all the chaos you’re always my rock and that you’re my best friend! I can’t wait to grow our family together this upcoming year and I love you so very much! ♥️ pic.twitter.com/BI17MCqfp1

Kyle Busch is looking forward to 2022
Now that 2021 is done and dusted, the Joe Gibbs Racing driver and his family are looking ahead. The #18 driver had a difficult campaign, as he failed to make it to the Championship 4. In the end, he could only muster 9th, which is one place below where he finished in 2020.

As a result, Busch will be seeking redemption and a chance to improve on his performance. For that to happen though, he will have to master the Next Gen cars. The final two tests will take place later in January at the Atlanta Motor Speedway and the Daytona International Speedway. Admittedly, everyone is entering the season with no way of knowing the grid order. This is because the new cars have practically neutralized any advantages and everyone is starting from scratch.
Now, the onus is on the teams and drivers to figure out what makes these Next Gen cars tick and use them to their advantage. Once they do that, the race will be on to maintain that advantage. Kyle Busch and Joe Gibbs Racing will be right up there, trying to maximize the benefits.
