Belgian Tennis professional Kim Clijsters was all set to make a mark at the US Open this year. She opted for the Western & Southern Open as a warm-up event for the Grand Slam. With some high profile players participating in the event, it was really a platform to sharpen her skills. However, the abdominal issue which has bothered her for some time now resurfaced once again. As a result of which Kim Clijsters pulled out of the Western & Southern Open.
After seven years of retired life, Kim was looking forward to returning to the tennis world in 2020. Gaining wildcard entries on various occasions, she displayed average game skills.
