Jasprit Bumrah proved that he is back in form on the 2nd day of the practise match taking place at Hamilton. During the practise match, he caught the attention of his teammates, experts, and fans when he bowled an inswinger. This delivery resulted in the dismissal of Finn Allen.
Jasprit Bumrah makes a comeback
Bumrah dropped this brilliant ball during the 30th over of the match on the 5th stump corridor. Finn Allen left it alone since his motive was to chase. To his surprise, the ball bounced back directly towards the stumps taking him out. This delivery is such that almost every bowler dreams of achieving at least one.

However, this wasn?t the only wicket that Jasprit Bumrah bagged. Prior to this, he dismissed Will Young when the ball was edged to wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant.
The Indian team and management were concerned with Bumrah?s performance. He did not bag any wicket during the ODI series between India and New Zealand. India lost the series 3-0 in the hands of New Zealand. Therefore, the fact that he bagged the wickets came across as a huge relief for the Indian side. Jasprit Bumrah has come a long way since his debut in the sport. He has been able to show determination, physcial strength, fitness, and other various factors that make him a rising legend.

New Zealand fast bowler, Scott Kuggeleijn, made it difficult for the Indian batsmen to score runs. He dismissed Prithvi Shaw during the first over itself. Following Shaw?s wicket, his opening partner Mayank Agarwal?s and replacement Shubman Gill?s wicket fell bringing India?s score to a worrisome 5/3.

However, Cheteshwar Pujara and Hanuma Vihari came to India?s rescue. They scored a combined total of 195 runs which put the Boys in Blue on the safe path. India was finally bowled out for 263 runs on the first day of the practise match. New Zealand was bowled out at 235 runs by the Indian bowlers.

Bumrah and Shami with brilliant performances
Even though all players performed well, it was Jasprit Bumrah and Shami who stood out with 2 and 3 wickets respectively. The other two players who speed high quality performance were Navdeep Saini and Umesh Yadav.
