While many people are staying at home due to the Coronavirus pandemic, there is a group of people putting themselves at risk every day, the healthcare workers. They need to be appreciated for this, and that is what some tennis players are doing. Venus Williams did it very recently and now Bianca Andreescu has joined the bandwagon.

As you can see, the Canadian star had a conversation with Tisha Rooms who is an occupational therapist. She helps patients regain their functional skills and cognitive skills needed to return to daily living.
This an important service that she provides and Tisha admitted that it would not be possible without the team at her hospital. Bianca believes that tennis also works in the same way as she said, “It’s never a one-man team.”

We are finally able to watch some high-quality tennis thanks to the healthcare workers. As the US Open endures amid this global crisis, Andreescu’s struggle with injuries has left her on the sidelines.

Right after the US Open, fans are going to be watching another big event – the Italian Open. Recently, the entry list for this event was released and one of the names on this list was Bianca Andreescu. She obviously can’t wait to return to the court, and she wants to use this event to prepare for the French Open.
