Croatian football player Ivan Perisic has admitted interest in joining Manchester United in the summer.
The 29-year-old confessed that he is risking the wrath of Inter Milan fans by confirming his interest. According to him, he can’t hide his desire to move to the Premier League, specifically at Old Trafford.
Speaking to Italian journalist Alessandro Rimi, via The Sportsman, Perisic confirmed that Inter boss Luciano Spalletti convinced him to stay.

“In future I would like to play in other countries I hope the Nerazzurri fans understand.”
Perisic remained on the pitch for the full 90 minutes in Inter’s match against Tottenham. Sadly, they slumped to a 1-0 defeat at Wembley Stadium. As a result, this loss has put their Champions League progression in doubt.
Prior to the game he spoke about his fondness for English football.
“I have always said that (playing in the Premier League) is my dream,” he said.

“In football everything is possible, we will see in the future. Now, I’m focusing on Inter.”
Perisic scored the equaliser for his country in the Moscow semi-final against England during the World Cup. He was strongly linked with Jose Mourinho’s men for a while before staying with Inter Milan. As a result, Mourinho left unhappy that his side failed to snap up both him and one of their centre-back targets.
The Serie A side will go up against AS Roma on Monday before clashing with Juventus. After that, on the 12th, they will play their final Champions League group match against PSV Eindhoven. They currently sit 3rd in the Serie A standings, behind Juventus and Napoli.
