After being wicket-less till the lunch session, England lost it’s 10 wickets within next 48 overs to loose the 5-match Paytm series 4-0 to India. Ravindra Jadeja lead the Indian attack, taking away the career-best figures of 7-48. Yadav, Ashwin and Mishra chipped in with a wicket each. By loosing the match, England became the team with the highest total of 477 in first innings to end up loosing the match by an innings.
India have stretched their unbeaten run to 18-matches, 14 out of which were in winning cause. After winning five consecutive test series, Virat Kohli has now become the most successful Indian captain to have registered the longest unbeaten run in tests.
