Before he went on to win the 2022 Mr. Olympia title, Classic Physique winner Chris Bumstead declared “The Pro Creator” as his new coach. Nicknamed The Pro Creator in the world of bodybuilding, Hany Rambod trained him last time, and is quite familiar with his strengths. So CBum shall once again compete under his guidance this year.
Christ Bumstead stands tall as the epitome of the perfectly sculpted physique and is regarded as one of the most popular bodybuilders of this generation. He has acquired over 18 million followers on Instagram with his influential educational videos. However, in a recent workout with his ‘guru,’ he comes up with a startling statement.

Rambod recently took to his official YouTube channel and shared a video where he and Chris Bumstead are seen training legs together. He captioned it, “Destroying Legs With CBum.”
In the video, before they are about to begin the workout session, CBum asks his coach, “Are we squatting heavy today or medium”. To this Hany Rambod replies, “Well, it depends on how you feel. Are you gonna be a skinny bi***”.
Well, we all know how heavy CBum can go, and how well his physique is conditioned. However, the reply that CBum gave was a rather oxymoronic one.
Chris Bumstead said, “I’m always a skinny bi*** but I can also squat heavy.” Hany Rambod laughs it out.
However, the duo has been pretty compatible together, and CBum feels comfortable training with The Pro Creator. Earlier, Rambod even described having trained CBum 14 weeks for Mr. Olympia 2022.
After a complete year of successful training, Rambod is once again working on Bumstead 14 weeks before the Mr. Olympia Championship this year, to win the title.
Hany Rambod discusses the experience of training CBum
In an episode of ‘The Truth’ podcast on YouTube, coach Hany Rambod shared the journey of prepping Chris Bumstead for the 2022 Mr. Olympia. He said, “Chris has been very open about his health issues. He has to be super conservative with everything that goes into his body. We’re talking about foods, just everything.”
“He doesn’t do junk food, he eats organic, he eats minimal gluten. I mean everything that has to do with inflammation he stomps out completely. For me to build on that and try to understand it in the short amount of time that we had was very difficult. Contrary to public opinion, we didn’t have months and months together,” he added.

Chris Bumstead has a problem of IgA Nephropathy, which is an autoimmune disease and causes inflammation in the kidneys and his style of training was completely different than that of Rambod. However, both of them seemed to have taken a good deal of time, understood each other and made an unmatchable pair, getting the trainee to secure the title for himself.
