It seems like the latest update in Call of Duty has introduced a lot of new items to the franchise’s many titles. Warzone and Modern Warfare will now include one of the most long-awaited operators and weapons in the game following the addition of the Soap Operator Bundle and the CX-9 SMG.

Fans already knew about the existence of Soap in this series following a lot of leaks over the past few months. However, it seemed weird for the developers to release his operator bundle in the games with no massive announcement. Along with that, fans also learned about the new SMG, but it arrived with some issues which were swiftly fixed. Here’s how you can get your hands on these new items.

How to gain the new Soap Operator Bundle in Call of Duty Warzone and Modern Warfare?

After years of waiting, Activision and Raven Software have finally released a John “Soap” MacTavish operator for players to use. For the past few months, fans have wanted to see the iconic character from the original Modern Warfare titles. Players have seen him go to war with the likes of Captain Price, Ghost and many more against some formidable foes. However, it took the developers a long while to say yes to his entry in Modern Warfare and Warzone.

Players can purchase the Soap Operator Bundle from the stores of Warzone and Modern Warfare. It will cost 2,400 COD points and it will include his Highlands skin. Along with that, it will also have the new Serac CX-9, Suilven Handgun and the Alpenstock Melee Blueprints. Additionally, players will also receive a Cold Depths Emblem, Clean Cut Spray, and the Scan The Vista Calling Card. Finally, the bundle will also have the To The Top Weapon Charm and the Point Taken Finishing Move as well.

How to unlock the CX-9 SMG in Warzone and Modern Warfare?

Call of Duty players can earn this weapon by completing its Unlock challenge in Warzone or Modern Warfare. Players will have to get 2 Longshot kills while using an SMG in 5 different matches for them to complete it. They can make their lives easier by buying the Soap Operator Bundle from the store. It will also include the Serac blueprint for the weapon as well. This option seemed extremely necessary after players were unable to track the Unlock challenge in the game. However, the developers instantly fixed the issue and released a patch for it.

It’s interesting to see the developers release two of the most hyped items in the game with no massive events or celebrations at all. For the past few months, fans have found ways to play with the Soap skin which even resulted in a lot of bans. However, this is the first time, it has officially arrived, and players can now peacefully play as him with no worries of a potential ban.
