Bungie has made some amazing titles over the years, like the Halo franchise and many more. But many would admit that Destiny and its latest offering in Destiny 2 are also quite groundbreaking as well. The developers have created an iconic lore behind the scenes, which has allowed them to create storylines on par with movies and TV Shows.
However, fans of the title will also state that game also offers some great customization for Guardians as well. Cosmetics have been a huge part of the gaming industry with franchises like Call of Duty and many more cashing in massively. Following the advent of Battle Pass systems, developers have tried new ways for players to spend money on games without providing any competitive advantages. But it seems like Bungie has done it better than most AAA titles available right now.
Something fancy is about to drop.

Destiny 2 reigns supreme in the world of customization
The transmog feature in Destiny 2 has been one of the most fun features of the popular title for a while. Players can create many designs and take inspiration from the real world for these creations. The community has seen the likes of characters from comic books, and other pop culture media in the game thanks to shaders and many other features of the title.
Other titles like Fortnite and Call of Duty have fixed cosmetic items that the players have to adjust to. Certain characters will have a couple of choices for the community to mess with. But, other than that, they can’t do much with the items bought from the Battle Pass. However, the four year old Destiny 2 now has so many cosmetics that players can try something new almost everyday.

Threads of Light to spark more community interest
Along with that, the developers at Bungie also want fans to try and show off their creations to the world. They recently announced a new Digital Fashion Magazine called Threads of Light in the latest This Week At Bungie blog post. Players can try new fashion looks and showcase it to the community by appearing in it. They will also earn Fashion Show Emblems if they get featured. Guardians can submit their entries and one design each from the Hunter, Warlock and Titan subclass will appear in the cover of the magazine.
