Plus, this Rolesville High School edge rusher holds the 15th rank as a rusher in the country and 10th in North Carolina. Now you can understand UNC didn’t just lose a star performer but a key player for their defense.

But then Zavion Griffin also made his stance pretty clear that with Mack Brown out of the team, there is no way he could be part of the team. “Mack Brown and I had a great relationship, and that pretty much sums up my recruitment. Now that he’s gone, he was a person I could trust without my mom being there. He has great experience in college football.” Moreover, it’s not like Mack Brown had a bad run with the team. From the moment he joined the team in 2018, he took them through bowl games every year, but they won only once, so that pretty much explains everything.
