With a jaw-dropping 45 offers from heavy-hitting college football programs like Alabama, Michigan, and Longhorns in-state rivals Texas A&M Aggies, Krempin’s recruitment is trending hot and fast. But after his Texas visit, it’s clear the Longhorns are pulling strings to secure the big man’s commitment.

One of the top recruits in the 2026 class, Krempin’s visit to Austin, did not disappoint at all. From the electric energy of Senior Day to the Longhorns’ dominant offensive line performance, the atmosphere had him hooked to his gills. There ain’t no game day like Texas game day! After the game, Krempin took it to social media (X) to flex on us: “Had a great time watching the Texas Longhorns beat up on Kentucky today.” And he had to top it off with the iconic “Hook ’em 🤘🏻.” 

Krempin even gave a shoutout to former Prosper High product and current Texas #65 Center Jake Majors, calling it a special moment to watch Majors in his last home game of the season. He also caught up with his potential future teammate, 5-star Oklahoma Sooners commit Michael Fasusi, who joined him on the sidelines.

The Longhorns made crystal clear that Krempin is a top priority, and the feeling seems mutual, especially after his weekend visit. While he’s kept an open mind by visiting other top programs, such as Michigan at Ann Arbor, SMU, Texas A&M, and the Oklahoma Sooners, it’s obvious now that the Longhorns are a clear-cut favorite. Steve Sarkisian isn’t just making headlines with Krempin. The Longhorns are dominating the recruiting game and playing on a whole different level. Ranked No.4 in the nation, according to On3, Steve Sarkisian and the Longhorns bought out a stacked lineup of elite recruits for the Wildcats game at DRK, proving once again why Sark knows how to reel in talent—Chopper rides and all.

It’s no surprise Steve Sarkisian was all over Michael Fasusi, even flying in by helicopter to watch him play. The 5-star recruit watched the Longhorns dominate Kentucky’s defensive line, and, well, it’s pretty clear where his heart lies. Looks like Texas has this one in the bag. And making the first game-day trip to DRK for the highly admired four-star 2026 class, Anthony Davis Jr., the Longville LB left impressed by Texas’ defensive schemes and the overall Saturday vibe at DKR.
