Before even stepping into the world of college football, Julian Lewis, a five-star recruit from Carrollton High School, is already making waves with his ongoing rumors of potential flips. Despite having committed to the USC Trojans, the talented young player is not only visiting other prestigious programs but also praising their gameplay. This adds an intriguing twist to the recruiting game, leaving us wondering where he will ultimately land. Among the teams on Julian’s list is the Indiana Hoosiers. However, it appears that his recent commitments are preventing him from making that visit.

Today, Arrogant Nation took to X to share a recent update on Julian Lewis and his alleged visit to the Indiana vs. Michigan game next week, saying, “Julian Lewis will not be visiting Indiana this weekend.” Well, this doesn’t look like a happy sign for Curt Cignetti and his team. However, Lewis’s absence from the game is because of his other work commitments, which happen to be on the same day. According to a tweet shared by Sports Stars of Tomorrow, Julian will visit Atlanta on Nov. 10. However, given his interest in game-day visits, he might choose to attend a different Indiana game.

Well, even if Julian Lewis misses out on one game, it might not have a big impact on the Indiana Hoosiers’ undefeatable aura. The team is currently standing on a 9 consecutive win record. That’s more than enough to gain the trust of fresh recruits. But then Julian’s sudden move of not visiting the Hoosiers for their game is raising a lot of questions.

Is he planning to stay with the Trojans? And if that’s the case, it’s not only alarming for Curt Cignetti but also for the Buffs’ head coach, Deion Sanders.

Deion Sanders and his team are pulling a lot of strings to get the commitment of five-star quarterback Julian Lewis. But it looks like it’s not going to be an easy race. Lewis already has offers from various prestigious programs like the Auburn Tigers, Alabama, Georgia, and many others. However, he gave his commitment to the USC Trojans last year, but since then Julian has also made one thing pretty clear: he will be looking out for better opportunities in other programs. He recently visited the Buffs for their game against the Cincinnati Bearcats, after which there were speculations about him flipping his commitment towards them.

What’s your perspective on:

Could Julian Lewis's decision to explore options shake up the college football landscape?

Have an interesting take?

But with Julian Lewis now planning to visit Indiana, it seems that he hasn’t definitively decided on his future college destination. Moreover, fighting an undefeated team like Indiana isn’t easy, but bowl-eligible Colorado has rolled out the red carpet, creating a welcoming vibe and pulling out all the stops to catch the eye of a top 5-star recruit. While Lincoln Riley’s reputation for developing Heisman-caliber QBs is strong, if Indiana or Colorado manages to flip Lewis’s commitment away from Riley, it would be one of the biggest recruiting moves in recent memory. Now, it’s just a matter of time to see when JuJu makes his big, game-changing decision!
