2023 season. 4-8 run. Shedeur Sanders was the most sacked quarterback. Now, Deion Sanders had to do something about this, and the best solution was changing up the entire offensive line. This is where our star Jordan Seaton steps in. In an attempt to revamp the O-line, Coach Prime brought in Jordan Seaton to provide Shedeur with the protection he didn’t have last year. But is he living up to the expectations? Heck yes.
In the last 5 games in which Seaton started, he has only allowed a singular sack. Not only that, Seaton has managed to hold back the QB hurries to only 4, and this was done across 250 blocking snaps. The cherry on top came during the Arizona Wildcats showdown. Coach Prime and Co. had just suffered an unexpected loss to Kansas State, and many had thought that Deion Sanders ain’t pulling out of this one with a W as well. But boy oh boy, that game was one of the best in CU’s current season.

Jordan Seaton, in that game, didn’t allow any QB hurries or sacks. Wildcats made 39 attempts, and they were stopped in their tracks. And you know who is more happy than Buffs fans regarding Seaton’s performance? His alma matter. IMG Academy Football took to X to share a recent post made by PFF College. “Jordan Seaton has impressed as a True Freshman,” PFF noted on their post. IMG reposted this with the caption; “@JordanSeaton_#IMGFAM #ProtectTheBrotherhood.”
Coming as a 5-star prospect from IMG, this dude left quite the impact back on the IMG Academy offensive line. He started as an LT and took his team to a 10-0 run on the national schedule. Not only that. Seaton also managed to help his team reach the No.4 spot on the MaxPreps Top 25.

His skill on the offensive line allowed IMG to rack up a 33-point average in every single game. Followed by 155 average rushing yards. He is living proof that Coach Prime knows how to grab elite recruits onto his squad. However, he ain’t the only guy from IMG making the buzz.
What’s your perspective on:
Is Jordan Seaton the savior the Buffaloes needed to protect Shedeur Sanders from relentless sacks?

Jayden Jackson, Sooners’ new hope
Brent Venables ain’t having a good time and neither are the Sooners fans. Standing on a 4-3 run, it kind of feels like the team lost their identity somewhere along the way. Losing the Red River Rivalry was also another massive blow to the fans and Venables.

The problem right now is the offense. On the FBS list, the Sooners now rank in the 128th spot in terms of total offense. It’s safe to say that Venables has to do something about it. And it looks like he does have a solution. Coming in hot from IMG Academy is another elite star who is making a name for himself as a true freshman standout.
DL Jayden Jackson is the new addition to the Sooners DL, and he has somehow managed to outshine players like Da’Jon Terry and Gracen Halton. Against South Carolina and the Longhorns, Jackson managed to grab 5 solo tackles and 1 sack. While the Sooners did lose the game, Jackson still was an important part of the D-line. We cannot wait to see what these guys from IMG manage to get done next.
