Olympic gymnastics star Simone Biles has been on a break after the stressful Tokyo Olympics 2020. Since her courageous step to withdraw from the mega-event because of her mental health, she has been receiving tons of support and love from her fans.
Simone will soon start her ‘Gold Over American’ tour, where she will perform her best moves with Team USA. The GOAT of gymnastics attended the VMAs on Sunday as she was presenting an award. Interestingly, she was inspired by one of the performers at the award function.

The 24-year-old gymnast has achieved 7 Olympics medals, a feat no American gymnast has ever reached. Biles rose to fame and spotlight when she stunningly won five medals at Rio Olympics 2016. Notably, she became the champion in four gymnastics events as she clinched four gold medals.
At her Tokyo Olympics 2020 appearance, she clinched two more medals, and became widely regarded as the ‘Greatest of All Time’. Simone attended the MTV Video Music Awards 2021 in New York to present an award.
American singer Chloe Bailey stunned everyone, including Simone, with her debut performance of the song “Have Mercy”. Simone was so inspired by her performance that she tweeted saying, “I want to be like Chloe Bailey when I grow up.” Is Simone hinting at becoming a spectacular singer like Chloe or her personality?

Many athletes have entered the music industry after retiring from their respective sports careers. Maybe Simone is the next in line.
Olympic gymnast who entered the music industry
American gymnast McKayla Maroney was part of the London Olympics 2012, team USA. McKayla clinched the gold medal in the team event and the silver medal in the individual vault event. However, she retired in 2016 from her sports career.
Post her sports career, Maroney entered the music industry. In 2020, she surprised her fans with her singles debut with the song “Wake Up Call.” She is now concentrating full time on her music career.

The Olympic legend Usain Bolt is also breaking records with his new album, ‘Country Yutes.’ Simone’s appearance at the Paris Olympics in 2024 is unclear right now. Biles entering the music industry after her sports career would be a delight for her fans, considering her charismatic personality.
