After winning over the internet with her bold avatar, Paige Spiranac is winning the hearts of children. And their mothers as well. Spiranac with her book, “Hattie Goes Golfing”, which she co-wrote with her sister, Lexie Spiranac, sought to inspire young golfers. Golfers, who have high hopes of playing in professional tournaments but are being held back by their fear of failure.

The story, which bears similarity with the golfer-turned-influencer’s very own fears and inhibitions as a child, has resonated with many. It’s all about overcoming the fear and not having any regrets in life that her sister spoke about. A lesson Paige Spiranac learned the hard way and wanted to share with children through fiction. It appears that she had been successful in her endeavor. Children adore the protagonist, as one mother said her daughter “LOVES” the story.

In her Instagram story, Paige Spiranac uploaded a picture of the book to inform everyone that it is available now. It didn’t take much time for people to buy and read the book to their children. In fact, the social media influencer started getting DMs from mothers applauding the story.

But there was one response she loved the most and shared with the community as well. One mother responded to her earlier story with a heartwarming message. She wrote, “My little girl LOVES this book!! I have read it to her and she loves it when Hattie finds friends to play golf with.”

Writing a book and getting praise from fans is surely a ‘novel’ feeling for the golf influencer. The 30-year-old model shared a screenshot of that DM to her Instagram story. Spiranac wrote, “Love getting messages like this.

Writing a book was not her forte definitely. The former golfer turned to writing to motivate kids. But did you know the story itself is inspired by her own experiences? It was all about getting out of the comfort zone and overcoming the fear of failure, as her sister said in a podcast earlier.

Lexie Spiranac echoes her sister

You perhaps wouldn’t believe it now, but Paige Sprianac was once afraid. Afraid to try out new things, afraid of what people would say. The golfer-turned-model who received a lot of flak for her bold on-course attire spoke about her fears earlier. However, it was her sister, Lexie Spiranac, who put it best, “I think from when you’re a tiny little kid all the way through (to) an adult, there are things that come up in life that are scary that you want to try.

Adding further, the Heptathlon athlete said, “This book is about really just not being afraid and going and doing it.” Although Paige Spiranac, shrugged off her inhibitions and soared higher, her sisters did speak with a tinge of sadness, “I know there have been regrets in my life, where there have been things I’ve wanted to do.

Perhaps, Paige Spiranac knows this. Probably that’s why she wanted to write the first children’s novel with her sister. And when truth flows through words, it finds an audience on its own.
