Chris Evert’s Ex-Husband, Who Felt Betrayed by Greg Norman, Was Reduced to Tears By the Golfer’s Impulsive Actions, a Source Once Revealed

Greg Norman and his personal life have been under public speculation more times than once. ‘The Great White Shark’ is no stranger to having the intricacies of his private life critically analyzed by the general public. Sadly so is the price one has to pay for fame in our world. His divorce from tennis legend, Chris Evert, also gained enough speculation from the masses. But what brought their otherwise perfect relation to sorrow summation?

There is no one lens that fits all when it comes to divorces. Each relationship is different and so is their collapse. However, fingers have been pointed at their complex co-parenting situation as one of the reasons for their sad ending.

Chris Evert and Greg Norman’s relationship was faced with several ups and downs during its tenure. What started out as a fairytale romance did not age as dreamy as we expected it to. The duo called it quits after only 15 months of their marriage.

However one may question what led to the collapse of something that appeared to be so wonderful from the outside. Many opine that it was the complicated co-parenting situation of the duo that brought their marriage to an end.

Co-parenting is definitely not an easy task and comes with its share of problems. What complicates it further is the involvement of ex-partners in the equation. The same was true with both Norman and Evert. They were both in a co-parenting situation with their respective exes.

Even sources close to the duo have attested to the same.

They said, “Greg got in between Andy and his sons, which caused a great deal of turmoil for Chris. Andy flew from his Aspen home, and before Andy even touched the ground, Greg whisked Nicky off in his private jet leaving a very unhappy Andy crying on the phone to his son.”

Andy Mill, the ex-partner of Chris Evert and former close friend of Norman, was left unhappy when Norman indirectly restricted his long-awaited meeting with his son, who he was co-parenting with Evert at the time. Andy has already felt betrayed by Norman as they were close when Norman and his ex-wife, Chris Evert, got close. Adding to their already tense situation, the source revealed that after Norman’s stunt with Nicky, Andy felt so humiliated that he was left crying.

Maybe that was the reason why their marriage fell apart. Divorces, however, remain to be sensitive topics and there is no one fix or one problem that can explain it all.

Before all fell apart between Norman and Evert: Turning the pages of history

The bond between this duo seemed to be unbreakable in its initial days of conception.  They were both in love with each other and their affection made itself clear.

It took a lot for them to be in a relationship with one another. They both had to break off their existing marriages in order for them to be together. Even though, they made it clear that their love was not the reason their marriages came to an end, it is believed that they already had existent irreparable problems in their bonds with their partners at the time.

Evert and Norman married one another back in 2008 and initiated their bond. However, it came to an early collapse. Maybe Greg was right, marriages do grow apart after all.
