She started the sarcastic award session by awarding Pittsburgh Steelers Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger with the most washed-up player Quarterback award. “Thank you for the memories”, said Spiranac who is an avid Steelers supporter.

However, her attention then shifted toward the Tampa Bay Quarterback Tom Brady. The Maxim 2022 Sexiest Woman Alive awarded the legendary QB with ‘Best Use of Line Technology’. Paige Spirajac was referring to Brady’s frustrating incident while losing to the New Orleans Saints in week 15 of the 2021-22 season.

Brady’s antics immediately garnered wide attention from the League, which eventually led to the officials implementing “significant fines” for breaking league-issued equipment. It was quite evident that Spiranac was not going to let go of the incident.
