But seemingly what looks like just a luxury purchase isn?t so in reality.
The motive behind gaining authority over this golf course had a lot of controversy. But with a recent tweet, it has been clear that Murphy had a philanthropic concern to save this heritage from redevelopment and getting turned into condos.?

In addition to this, Murphy disclosed in a press conference that he and his wife Laurie, heard it was up for sale and their only concern was that it was not sold to a constructor to be turned into a luxury apartment. Thus, they purchased it in order to keep the rich asset as it is.?
