‘You Got This’: Golf Fans Extend Their Support After Nelly Korda Makes a Heartwarming Confession About Her Recent Loss

This has been a very challenging year for LPGA rockstar Nelly Korda. Besides the continued health concern she is also under the pressure of proving her might on the ground; something she has been struggling with lately.

And although Korda, who has recently performed at the AIG Women’s Open last weekend, did well, she is not satisfied with her result. Taking to Instagram she critically expressed her views on her recent performance. But she was not left suffering alone for long as her fans quickly showered her with positive feedback.

The last major of this season, the AIG Women’s Open, proved to be very tough to tackle from the first round. The Walton Heath course made even the top-level golfers scratch their heads. And big names like Lexi Thompson, Brooke Henderson, Lydia Ko, and others had to take an exit shortly after two rounds.

But Korda held her own. It was a strenuous challenge and she held on tight. She notched five birdies in her third round. In the fourth round finished on T11 with a score of 2 under par, taking home a reward of $147,225. All along she was getting tough competition from Lilia Vu, who bested her at last.

But it looks like Korda is not satisfied with this result. The current number one golfer who was aiming for a better result last weekend it disappointed with her ranking.

With her latest Instagram post, Korda congratulated Lilian Vu on her victory and expressed her hope for a better result.

She wrote – “Thank you @aigwomensopen 🫶🏼 Congratulations to @liliavu I’ll get it figured out.” But as Korda is showing her vulnerable side to the world, the fans are there to support her and nurse her wounds. In the comments section, the fans showered her with love over her attitude.
