Rory McIlroy has had an extraordinary golf career so far. And his ever-growing fan base adores him for all of his accomplishments. However, he has recently failed to find a major win in any of the season’s majors. The major-less drought now continues to drag on for over a decade, with him missing out on several majors just narrowly!

However, even amid these disastrous times, very few would argue that the former world no. 1 has perhaps the greatest swing. And now that swing is ready to be passed on to others, through none other than a machine! And this has the golf world running berserk.

Robo Golf Pro machines have come up with a golf swing training system that replicates that of the Irish golfer. And they are now providing it to prospective golfers in order for them to master the game. Through the devices, each player can go through the motion of McIlroy’s swing and get a feel for it in a stupendous virtual experience.

A golf content creator account, “pullthepingolfclub” recently took to Instagram to share a video of this machine. They wrote, “Finally I can learn how to golf💪🏻⛳️”

In the video, we can see that there is a simulator at one of the Robo Golf Pro setups that lets players test out the four-time major winner’s swing path. Moreover, an up-and-coming golfer is seen practicing the swing virtually as he tries to learn golf from it. However, his swing looked quite off, as the machine helped him replicate McIroy’s swing path. And when the golf world witnessed this, they had lots to say!

Followers from all around the world flocked to the video to talk about the McIlroy swing machine and how users are replicating it. While some welcomed the Irishman’s coaching, others began to point out the machine’s height. Let’s look at a couple of the comments.

One fan commented, “love this idea!! so helpful to just get the “feeling” of a good swing!” Next, another fan jokingly said, “That ball got topped lol.” Another went on to point out that the height difference may have caused issues: “Rory’s 5’9”, you are probably 6’, it doesn’t work for you😂”

On the other hand, one user added, “Yikes that was worse than I’d look on my worst day.” Another user responded, “Complicating golf everyday as long as u can hit that ball forward you are good to go.”
