Wesley Bryan isn’t doing very well this season–or, in the recent seasons, if you take a look at his results. His best finish after his win at the 2017 RBC Heritage came in the 2024 season with the Corales Puntacana Championship. Here, the golfer finished 2nd behind Billy Horschel. Since then? A series of missed cuts among various forms of finishes. Despite this, the golfer manages to be humorous.

The golfer recently gave his fans a hilarious and kind of serious life update. In the post, he shared on X, Bryan can be seen lying on his bed. He added a list of the recent happenings in his life. “Been on quite the run this past week: Almost dead last at Creator Classic ✅. Blew my back up sneezing ✅. Tested positive for the flu ✅. Tested positive for covid ✅. Got my identity stolen ✅. Shot my highest 18-hole round on camera ✅.” The 34-year-old golfer played the TPC Sawgrass Creator Classic and was tied for 6 with four other golfers.

He then shared that fans should stay tuned to his socials as he has lots of fun content coming up. Well, with the list of instances he has shared, we don’t doubt that the content will be epic. His sense of humor has always been top-notch, and an instance from 2022 is proof.

Back then, Wesley Bryan was gearing up for the Sanderson Farms Championship. He prepared to play his tee shot on the par-3 third hole at the Monday qualifier when he realized something was very fishy with his clubs. The 7-iron in his hands at Deerfield GC was not his gamer club. Looking at this, the golfer started cackling. “That’s the wrong 7-iron. You can go ahead and add four to my score, boys.” Undoubtedly, his humor is top-notch.

Or when in 2024 situation where he made it through the cutline at the Rocket Mortgage Classic. Consequently, he asked his brother, George Bryan, for two days off. In case you don’t know, the brothers run a golf channel called Bryan Bros Golf“George, I’m sorry I will not be able to come into work this weekend because I actually made the cut and have to play 2 more tournament rounds. I can assure you that this will not be a regular occurrence and we can get back to filming YouTube videos on Monday. My apologies.”

Another fan replied, “Hang in there bud. Your life is just playing a US Open right now. Be done soon.” Undoubtedly, this alludes to the difficulty of the major. On that note, has the golfer made it into the U.S. Open? Yes, back in 2017 when he failed to make the cut.

Peter Finch happened to be one of the sympathizers who added his own grave plight in the mix to comfort Bryan. The “73rd most influential person in golf” replied, “It’s ok, I just stepped on a plug,” and added a picture of himself. Consequently, it seemed to make Bryan laugh who replied with the laughing emoji “😂.”

Yikes! Hang in there bud. We need a “Make the cut” Zurich classic edition with you and George! Get better soon.” Bryan’s brother, George, made his PGA Tour debut back in 2023 at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship. Both the brothers were present on the greens and so was their humor, with George adding that he had “zero expectations.” Will we get to see the duo in April? It remains to be seen.
