Years After Tasting Success, Golf’s Only Billionaire Tiger Woods Signs Up for Another Big Project in Florida

After a long hiatus and rehabilitation break, it seems that Tiger Woods is finally making a comeback. But the comeback is not exactly on the golf course. The 15x major winner is not only a golfing legend but a businessman as well. He is now looking forward to collaborating on business ventures. 

Thus, thirteen years after tasting success in the Bahamas by building Albany Luxury Resorts, the Hall of Famer yet again shakes hands with the same people for another big project in Florida. What is this new project?

Legendary Tiger Woods teams up for the latest project in Florida

After the 2021 accident and a long hiatus from work, Tiger Woods is gradually making his way back. He’s also actively investing time in TGL by bringing in new sponsors like ESPN and others. More recently, Woods has entered into a collaboration with the singer Justin Timberlake for business endeavors. 

After their joint venture in New York City for the T-squared Social, the duo has now reached Florida. As per reports, the pop singer and golfer plans to develop a luxury club community in a 600-acre town in Florida.

The pair have other investors in this project as well. The list includes big names like Joe Lewis and entrepreneur Mark Bellissimo. Even Nexus Luxury Collections is sponsoring the plan. This latest town model will contain single-family houses that are sellable at a price range of $4 million to $5 million. 

The facility will have all the required amenities under one roof. There will be recreational spaces, fitness gyms, grounds for athletic practice, and more. Alongside these, clubhouse construction is also underway. This club will also give out golf lessons and, hence, promote the sport. Before this, Woods and Timberlake also collaborated on another sports bar facility.

The duo has decided to inaugurate a premium sports bar with the global real estate franchise Nexus Luxury Collection. The shareholders of the company had joined together to open the first-ever T-Squared Social in New York City last September. It was so named in reference to the initials of Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake.

The new venue will be the historic New Picture House Cinema in St. Andrews, Scotland. The renovated structure will look like a fancy cocktail lounge, that will have extravagant seating arrangements for visitors, and the exclusive pictures of Woods and Timberlake will be hung on the walls. Besides, one can avail of customized golf bags with their names inscribed on them.
