The 30-year-old diva has been reminiscing about the start of her journey. She remembered the moment when she decided to make her influencing role a full-time one and how her journey inspired a lot more women. 

In an Instagram story, she wrote, “In 2017 I stopped playing.” It was then that she decided to focus “solely on content creation”. It is a known fact that she retired from professional golf after missing a cut in an LPGA Tour event. But what motivated her to pursue content creation full-time was a movement that was simultaneously going on. 

She said she noticed this “movement of women getting into the game and utilizing social media”. It gave her the nudge she needed. Feeling honored for what she has done for the community, she wrote, “It’s an honor to have inspired that for so many.”

Talking about the older days of her journey, the former golf pro said she “received so much sh*t”. She added she still gets criticism for her choices, but it all has been worth it. That’s because she gets to see “how golf is progressing and growing.” Despite the hardships that the ex-golfer had to go through, she created something that she is immensely proud of. 

Spiranac takes pride in her work

She started as an influencer on Instagram, but slowly expanded her horizons. She started a podcast and her own subscription-based platform where she discusses everything related to the sport. Fans love her work, and she herself does too. Spiranac takes “pride” in her “creativity and individuality.”

All the people in her life inspire her to create content and she is deeply honored to have built something so “great” with the help of her loyal fans and community. She is not just proud of everything she does, but also loves every aspect of her job, be it the nicknames or other bits & pieces.
