Even the best golfers on the planet have bad days  on the course. But it seems like the famous Korda sisters are having an equally terrible day outside the ropes. Despite the distance between the adoring siblings, the two posted their own sets of troubles on social media. But who was left in a more dreadful situation?

Nelly Korda’s bad day at work

The younger one of the Korda sisters made a revelation of her misfortune on social media recently. The 24-year-old disclosed that she missed her flight due to a confusion around its timings, but that wasn’t the last of it.

“Missed my flight today bc I thought it left at noon not 11,” she wrote on her story accompanying a selfie. “Left my place without my keys too! LFG!!! Day of firsts,” she further added to her misfortunes.

Though she didn’t reveal the destination or purpose of her missed flight, the former World No.1 certainly looked displeased. But while Nelly had a bad day, her sister didn’t fare any better either.

The older sister, Jessica, also revealed through her stories that she was having a bad day by sharing a similar fate. “If there way any doubt I was having a bad day today… this just confirmed it” she wrote in her story alongside a picture.

The two siblings shared their stories on almost similar hours, which might be an indication of support for the other! But with the LPGA season on a break, how is Nelly Korda performing so far?

How has Nelly Korda fared in 2023?

The Olympic gold medalist made a healthy start in the early part of the revamped 2023 golf season. However, she has failed to win any titles so far, which comes as a disappointment for the talented golfer.

Yet, she has been inching closer to victories this season. Korda was second at the HSBC Women’s Champions, which was one of her many top-10 finishes in 2023. Overall, she has had a solitary poor performance across the season, at the Drive On Championship, where she finished tied for 57th place.

In a bid to return to winning ways, Korda has decided to skip the LPGA Lotte Championship in Hawaii to focus on the season’s first major championship, the Chevron Championship. The 24-year-old will make her return to the event after missing the last edition of the grand event due to an injury.
