As any rich man would say, you can’t get rich off just one thing. Well, there aren’t many in the sports world who knows that better than golf’s only billionaire, Tiger Woods, who has a net worth of 1.1. billion. Although he has made millions on the course, he’s made even more off of it-through his savvy investments and diverse portfolios. And now he extends that even further with a 600-acre project, specially designed for the equestrian community. Working alongside none other than his longtime business partner and Hollywood star, Justin Timberlake.
Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake partner up for a massive feat
From restaurants to a golf course design business and even real estate, Woods’ investments are certainly diverse. Part of that diversity came in 2015, when Woods tied up with the $57 million man, Justin Timberlake, golfer Ernie Els, and Joe Lewis and his Tavistock Group to form the Nexus Luxury collection. A company that deals with international hospitality and asset management.

Another tick-off on the golf legend’s portfolio, the Nexus Luxury Collection recently announced a partnership with Mark Bellissimo, the managing partner of Wellington Equestrian Partners. As per by thestreet.com, together, they plan on building a whopping 600-acre residential club community in Wellington, Florida.
The luxury development is aimed at expanding equestrian sports and making the site the top equestrian venue in the country. But that’s not it, the site will have far more to offer than just that! The entire community will also be able to try their hand at golf and practice their swing with access to the $35 million golf course at the Palm Beach Polo Golf & Country Club, which will undergo heavy renovations.

What facilities will the project offer?
The developers propose to make the Wellington more of an experience than just a destination. The 600-acre site includes single-family custom homes and condos, allowing people to take up residence there. Additionally, they will build multiple hotels and restaurants where visitors can stay and dine.

The venue will also heavily promote sports and recreation. From multiple tennis courts, pickleball courts, and padel courts to a 25-meter, six-lane pool, there will certainly be no expense spared. There will also be a jogging and running track and even a biking lane for those looking for some casual exercise.
