Tiger Woods is competing in professional golf after almost eight months. He was recently seen wearing knee braces on his right leg at the Hеro World Championship in the Bahamas. The 15-time major champion, who is playing in the 20-team event, had a black brace on his knees as he walked the course and hit shots.
Woods, who undеrwеnt multiplе surgеriеs on his right leg and anklе aftеr thе near-fatal accident, said earlier this week that his leg was doing better, but his pain had shifted to other parts. But what does the leg brace or compression wrap that the golfer is wearing do?
Well, it seems that the compression wrap provides extra support for joints and muscles. It could be possible that the golfer might be physically exhausted and need some extra support to compete on the course.

Tiger Woods also wore compression sleeves in the past, which helped him in his healing. Well, as all compression sleeves do, the McDavid sleeve that the 5X Masters champion is sporting keeps tendons, ligaments, muscles, and joints in place. The requirement for compression sleeves arises during a fluid motion.
After the golfer’s car accident, his surgeries helped him heal his broken bones and ligaments. However, even after the recovery, the tendons and ligaments can feel the stress, especially while swinging the clubs.
