Well, it turns out she can’t. As fans might be aware, Jessica Korda herself is also a successful LPGA Tour pro. She has won 6 events in the league before she went on an indefinite break in mid-2023. However, that is not enough to qualify her for the amateur partner of Nelly Korda according to an article by Golf Monthly.

It turns out, that the professionals can only be paired with a family member who does not hold a status as a player on any professional golf tour. For Jessica Korda to join her sister in the PNC Championship in the future, she will have to give up her career as a professional golfer completely.

Most in the golf community must have already seen the progress Jessica Korda has been making to get closer to coming back as a full-time player. Looking to find her touch again, the 2018 Honda LPGA Thailand has been practicing on the course quite often.
