Qass was born in 1990, and obviously, golf was in his blood. By the age of 13, he was already teeing off with his dad at the PNC. Maybe, most kids would’ve been nervous, but not Qass. Over the years, Singhs made PNC a tradition.
He played on the Minor League Golf Tour in 2013, but golf wasn’t exactly his professional calling. He now works in the insurance field—taking a more traditional route. Qass keeps a pretty low profile, but if you check out his Instagram, you’ll get a sense of his personality. In his bio, he has written “There is nothing so strong as gentleness, and nothing so gentle as true strength.” Other than sports, Qass likes photography.
Singh shared that Qass has been into martial arts since he was seven; from Taekwondo to mixed martial arts. “He’s a really good kid,” Singh said, laughing, “I think he could pick me up now.” Martial arts must have helped Qass develop discipline and a calm mindset. Skills a golfer truly needs. But what is his relationship with his dad like?
