South Carolina and golf go way back. From Dustin Johnson to Kevin Kisner, pros from different leagues hail from there. Adding to the list of golfers born in the coastal Southeastern region of the United States is 24-year-old Jacob Bridgeman. Ranked at the 206th position on the OWGR list, the golfer is yet to earn his share of victory; however, one thing is certain: he has been killing it with the putts and birdies on the course. Here is all you need to know about the South Carolina resident.
Jacob Bridgeman was born on December 6, 1999, in Inman, a city in Spartanburg County, at the heart of Carolina. Little is known about who the pro’s parents are, but, from his social media posts, they are one of the strongest support pillars of his life.
Apart from them, he often shares pictures of moments he spends with his girlfriend, Hayley Farmer. She too is a Clemson alumnus and the two went to college together. They even attended their first and last prom together. Farmer is always outside the course cheering for Bridgeman as he tries to make it big in the golf world.
