Is Garrett Clark the new king of golf content, or does Paige Spiranac still reign supreme?

The influencer golf world will be making its appearance on the PGA Tour! The Creator Classic, that is a one-day event, to take place on August 28, is a one-of-a-kind event. Sixteen top influencers will be teeing off with each other in foursomes and four balls, to finally have a winner declared as the day comes to an end.

From Tyler Toney and Mason Nutt to Brad Dalke, and Fat Perez to fan favorites Paige Spiranac and Garrett Clark, almost every influencer you know will be a part of the field. While Paige Spiranac has the highest odds of grabbing the victory in a few hours, Garrett Clark might successfully destroy her dreams. Here’s all you need to know about her biggest competitor at the East Lake.

Garrett Clark was born in Kansas City in the United States back on April 8, 2000. At home, Garrett has his own support system for his mother, father, elder brother, and sister. His parents, Tammy and Gerald Clark have rarely touched a golf ball or hit a golf club. However, the couple values the sport due to its character-building traits and hence are very supportive of Garrett. The golfer, inspired by Bryan Bros, always wanted to become a YouTuber growing up.

Garrett was home-schooled throughout his life and always found golf very fascinating. When he grew older, he joined Kansas Community College, but soon after dropped out. His passion for golf then drove him to join Christ Prep’s golf team as a fresher. However, that wasn’t meant to be. In 2019, the golfer ended up losing his NCAA eligibility for college golf owing to him starting trick shot videos on YouTube, and others (not him) making money from posting his videos! And while that may have been an end for one line of golf for Garrett, it started his journey as a golf influencer.

Garrett Clark teamed up with some of his fellow golf influencers Matt Scharff, Stephen Castaneda, and Micah Morris, and created Good Good back in 2020. The group has an Instagram account as well, which currently has 826K followers. Good Good Golf is a popular brand by itself now, and even sells golf merchandise with its logos and provides its followers/subscribers with giveaways from time to time. From hoodies to golf polos to comfortable shorts, they have almost every apparel that is required on the golf course. Additionally, the four members of the page are the models for their products, which makes the brand all the more homegrown.

The channel is an ‘omnichannel entertainment platform designed to share the game of golf with anyone.’ Well, it is not just the marketing, but they also share fun moments with the entire group. They are often seen playing different sports as well, from time to time, like basketball and baseball. The versatility of the content of Good Good Golf, and the relatability of the 4 youngsters on and off the course is what has made it one of the favorite golf pages for fans. They currently have 1.66 million subscribers, and that number is increasing swiftly!
