The 105th edition of the PGA Championship heads into the weekend with PGA Tour’s Corey Conners as one of the favorites to clinch the coveted Wanamaker Trophy this year. The Canadian pro golfer has previously won 2 times on the PGA Tour and has had a handful of impressive major outings.

As the 31-year-old vies to win his first-ever major title, he will definitely be relying on the support of his beautiful wife, Malory Conners. After all, Malory first became popular in the golf world when her jubilant celebrations following her husband’s win at the 2019 Valero Texas Open went viral.

If World No. 25 Corey Conners manages to win the 2023 PGA Championship, both his and his wife’s happiness will expectantly be through the roof. So, who is Malory? Let’s find out!

Corey Conners tied the knot with his wife in 2018

Corey Conners went pro in 2015 but didn’t claim his first PGA Tour victory until April 2019. His Valero Texas Open win over Charlie Hoffman that year guaranteed him a place on the field for the 2019 Masters Championship.

Conners’ wife, Malory, was also present at Texas’ TPC San Antonio to usher in the memorable moment. Her celebrations, especially her reactions to the victory while holding a glass of wine, even turned her into something of a celebrity. At that time, the couple had been married for around six months.

The pair has a delightful love story and first met each other in high school. While Malory became a teacher, Conners went on to attend Kent Stake in North East Ohio. The golfer and his spouse Malory eventually tied the knot in October 2018, but their honeymoon had to wait! Just the week after his wedding, the golfer appeared at Jackson, Mississippi, for the Sanderson Farms Championship. While the sport may keep him away from his family from time to time, Conners is a loving husband nonetheless.

The 33-year-old PGA Tour pro often posts wholesome photos of him and his wife on social media. He even wished her on Instagram a year after their anniversary, writing, “It has been a highlight filled year and I am so lucky to have you cheering me on every day,” in the caption.

However, Malory is more private compared to her husband. She keeps a low profile on Instagram, where she goes by @maloryolivia. She is also on Twitter but maintains a rather quiet presence.

Malory is a constant source of support to her husband

The golf community is filled with power couples, from Jack Nicklaus and his wife, Barbara, to Phil Mickelson and his wife, Amy. Corey Conners and his wife Malory are nothing short of a power couple, either.

Conners has often professed his love and adulation for Malory in public. After he booked his berth for the 2019 Masters, the golfer even termed his wife as his “biggest fan and supporter.” He even expressed pride over his wife making it into the limelight for her iconic celebrations, saying, “It was pretty cool. She got a lot of messages and gained a lot of followers on social media.”

Together, the pair have ushered in many of Conners’ notable achievements. In the 2019-20 season, he achieved 10-top 25 finishes. In 2021, the golfer had an 8th-place finish at the Masters. He returned to Augusta the following year, achieving a fantastic 6th-place finish. Earlier this year, the golfer won his 2nd PGA Tour by claiming another Valero Texas Open title.

A doting wife, Malory has been there by her husband’s side through thick and thin. She was seen alongside him at the 2023 Masters, where he, unfortunately, failed to make the cut after carding a 73 and 79 in rounds one and two, respectively.

The couple also share a child together named Reis. Malory gave birth to the adorable bundle of joy in November of 2021. Little Reis also cheered on her father at Augusta National last month. A few days ago, on Mother’s Day, Conners treated his followers to a lovely photo of his wife and child! “Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there and especially my beautiful wife! You are loved and appreciated,” he had written in the caption accompanying the photo.
