The golfer’s father, Rod Fowler, is an American man and was associated with Dirt Bike racing during his earlier years.

After leaving the racecourse, Rod Fowler now owns a truck company named Fowler Trucking. Rod has been watching his son from the start and also supported him, even on the greens. Toward the end of the 2021-22 season, a significant change occurred in the golfer’s life when he parted ways with his swing coach John Tillery and reunited with his former coach Butch Harmon.

Indicating that change, Rod said to Golf.com, “Whatever Butch says, you gotta believe the guy. He’s always been so good when they’ve worked together — Rickie’s game’s always gotten back to where it needs to be.” Given that they have observed Fowler’s development since his early years, his mom played a vital role in his life too.

Mother’s influence on Fowler’s life divulged – a strong anchor

The 35-year-old pro shares both American and Japanese because of his maternal grandmother and grandfather from his mother’s side. Fowler’s grandfather, Yutaka Tanaka, was of Japanese descent. Lynn won a 24-hour mountain bike race where she was among a five-woman team in Idylwild, California.

In 2015 at THE PLAYERS Championship, Lynn rushed to the TPC Sawgrass and witnessed Fowler wearing pink on the final day. “She can handle herself behind the wheel,” Fowler told to Golf.com. Fowler usually prefers to wear orange, but he opted to wear pink on that day in honor of his mom on mother’s day. “Thank you for Mother’s Day, but today is your day,” the golfer told the PGA Tour.

The athletic life partner

In addition to his parents, Fowler’s wife also embodies an athletic persona and has been an unwavering support through the highs and lows. Allison Stokke, the golfer’s wife, is a renowned pole vaulter. During the U.S. Open in 2023, Fowler achieved the lowest round ever recorded in the tournament’s history, but Allison stood by his side, providing unwavering support until the very end. The 35-year-old deeply treasures the adorable love shared between him and his wife. And, the couple were blessed with a baby girl in June 2021.
