There are many sibling duos in the sports, but one of the most popular ones in the golf fraternity is the Korda sisters. The two sisters are extremely close with each other and often share their hangout sessions and life updates on social media. The two sisters have taken the golf world by storm with their stellar performances. 

One of them is on a break from the sport for an unknown period of time because of her injury, and one is returning to her homeland from France. The two sisters are enjoying that too, very differently. Read more to find out. 

LPGA Tour’s favorite sister duo — the Korda sisters are enjoying a good old cup of coffee 

Nelly Korda has been away from home for quite some time now. First, she competed in the Aramco Team series, where she got her first win of the season. After that, she spent some time rewinding and watching the Wimbledon final. Afterward, the golfer went to France to compete in the fourth major event of women’s golf season. Though the golfer didn’t win, she did have a nice time and got a different feat in her bag.

But, now it seems that she is returning home and she needs all the energy to get through the long flight. The golfer posted a story on her Instagram of her Starbucks cup as she enjoyed a hot coffee. Her caption read, “Desperate times call for..good ole burnt coffee.” It seems that the golfer is tired, and this coffee would definitely rev her up. 

As the younger sister was enjoying her Starbucks, her elder sister, Jessica Korda was enjoying her coffee with a different set of people. She announced some time ago that she is taking a break from the sport to heal from her persistent health issues. Though the fans have not seen her on the course, she regularly shares updates from her life on social media. 

As per the older Korda’s recent Instagram story, she is enjoying her time off and is meeting with Optum. As the 30-year-old posted the story, she wrote, “Fun day with the @Optum Crew.” Optum is one of the leading healthcare brands in the US. Jessica Korda herself and the Northern Irishman Rory McIlroy are the brand ambassadors of the brand.

Well, it is evident that the two sisters are very different from each other. Though the 25-year-old LPGA star did not win in France, she did regain her title. 

Nelly Korda reclaims her title! 

After tying for the ninth position in the Amundi Evian Championship, the 1X major winner has finally retaken her place as the world no. 1 golfer as per the Rolex rankings. She overtook Jin Young Ko who tied for the 20th position on the leaderboard. Ko was on the top for 10 weeks since May after she won the Cognizant Founders Cup.
