It’s time for celebration for the Trump Organization, as some of the Trump-owned golf courses have registered yet another victory. Luckily for Trump, two of his greens in Scotland have brought the World Golf Awards home.
The first of which is the famous Trump International Golf Links situated in Aberdeen, Scotland. This Scottish golf course has been awarded the trophy for the Best Golf Course in Scotland in 2023. Meanwhile, the Trump Turnberry in Ayr has also been awarded the World’s Best Hallway House.
Acknowledging the same, Sarah Malone, Executive Vice President of Trump International Scotland, said, “We are immensely proud to receive the coveted award for Best Golf Course in Scotland here in Abu Dhabi. To achieve this level of recognition for our majestic modern links, which lies in the home of golf and is up against many of the greatest golf courses anywhere in the world, is testament to the amazing team at Trump and the most spectacular dunes in the world.”

This happy news has come amid the controversy regarding Donald Trump’s current relationship with LIV Golf. Donald Trump has established that he has an undying passion for the game of golf. His organization’s A-class greens are evidence of his love for golf. However, his recent standing with his previously-loved LIV Golf has the golf world speculating. But what exactly happened?

Are Donald Trump and LIV Golf breaking up?
Breaking its legacy of conducting crucial events like the LIV Golf Miami on greens owned by the former POTUS, LIV Golf has decided not to conduct its upcoming 2024 season on any of Trump’s courses. Even though these are mere observations at the moment, things surely seem to be moving in the aforesaid directions.
None of the fourteen expected and finalized venues for the 2024 season of LIV Golf fall on any of Trump’s luscious greens. This has left the world of golf in a state of confusion. Therefore, these times of celebrations for the Trump Organization come with a pinch of salt.
