Earl Woods was definitely a genius we were not aware of until his son, Tiger Woods, proved him right. It is right to say that he knew Woods best. Tiger Woods is a member of the PGA Tour and has won five green jackets. After the demise of his father, he had a heartwarming message for him.

Tiger Woods learned from his father
Tiger Woods is a legendary golf player. We know him for his game and excelling at it always. He has set many records since he started his journey as a professional golfer. Even after some failures, his dedication to the game has not reduced. He gives the credit to his late father, Earl Woods.

Earl Woods was 74 years old when he passed away after battling cancer on May 3 2006. People were not aware of his bad condition until Woods got emotional during the Green jacket ceremony in 2005. Woods said, “This one is for Dad. Every time I’ve won this tournament, my dad’s been there to give me a hug, and he wasn’t there today. I can’t wait to get home and see him and give him a big bear hug.”

Earl woods was a great father who never forced his kid to enter something he didn’t want to. He was a genius who understood Woods like no other. People used to misjudge him, however, his guidance transformed Woods into the man he is today.

He knew what Tiger Woods was capable of
No one thought that Earl Woods was right all along. People misjudged him at the concert when he, along with his wife, molded the talent of diaper wearing Woods. However, they were all proved wrong. He had been with his son since the very beginning and a father knows best.

It all started when on one fine day Earl saw his son, who was not even a year old, striking his first golf shot to perfection. Earl was in his makeshift garage driving range and he ran to his house inside and yelled with excitement to his wife, “We have a genius on our hands.”

Earl Woods was indeed a genius father who gave the world a genius golfer. However, wherever he is, he must be very proud of his gem of a son of who he is today.
